Tires for Bombardier (De Havilland) Dash 8 300

The De Havilland Canada (DHC), now Bombardier Dash 8 series is a popular family of twin turboprop regional airliners.  The Dash 8 family was developed from the Dash 7 with the offer of improved performance.  The Bombardier Dash 8 300 is stretched from the Dash 8 200 to offer up to 56 seats and it remains a popular aircraft.  Get to-the-point information about Dunlop's tires for the Dash 8 300 by downloading our tire airplane databook using the form below.

The aircraft uses a 6.50-10 (DR12330T) nose tire and a 31x9.75-14 (DR26221T) main gear tire.  Both Dunlop tires for the Bombardier Dash 8 300 can be retreaded.

For operators which prefer to use a single life tire on the main gear of the aircraft, a single life tire, with deeper tread is available.  Though the retreadable tire can offer improved economics (as retreaded aircraft tires for the Bombardier Dash 8 300 are cheaper than new tires), some operators might struggle to reap the full benefits of the retreadable tire for various operational reasons.
